If you wish to return an order either for a refund or an exchange, you must contact us before returning the item either via email or message to request the return and let us know the reason for this. If you are not fully satisfied and happy with a purchase and wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of ordering, to make this request. After this period of 30 days, we reserve the right to deny any requests.
Our best efforts will always be made to accept any returns requests, however we do reserve the right to deny a request if this is made on an item that has been cut to a specified length that it would not usually have been cut to (but was so due to a special cutting request or order).
When a return is accepted, we expect all returned items to arrive in the conditon which they were sent, unused and with the orignal packaging. It is your resposibilty to ensure this – therefore it is your resposibilty to ensure returns are packaged and posted approriately. If we feel that that these standards have not been met, we reserve the right to deny a full refund and take another course of appropraite action.
Except in cases of a faulty item, you will be required to arrange and cover the cost of returning any item to us. This means that you are responsible for covering the cost of a reliable, safe method of posting, and we strongly recommend that you gain proof of postage as we cannot accept resposibilty for the loss or damage of any items in transit. We can only refund the cost for a return if the reason for return is that you have been sent a faulty or incorrect item.
When returning an item, please ensure that you include your invoice with a clear note stating the reason for your return and referring to any correspondence you have made with us. If you have lost your invoice or packing slip, please ensure that you include a written or typed note clearly stating your full name, order/invoice number and date of the order. Without these details we will be unable to identify the source of the return and thus this will delay the refund or exchange process. It is therefore VITAL that you include a note in all returns.
