Placing an Order
As our consumer it is your responsibility to be aware of our latest terms and conditions. When you place an order with us, we deem you to have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. Our Terms & Conditions are goverened by English Law and you must only use our site for lawful reasons.
A contract between the buyer and Suzie May Crafts Ltd for the purchase of our items will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the buyer’s statutory rights.
The price and availabilty of an item is subject to change without notice which means that the price which is confimed when an order is placed, may differ from the price charged at delivery. This will be always be avoided.
Conformity of Goods
Our very best efforts are taken to provide descriptions and specfications for products that are as accurate as possible when we go to press. We place a great deal of effort into taking images which represent the colours and textures as closely as possible however the appearance of colours will always vary slightly from one computer screen to another and we cannot accept any responsbilty for any such variation caused by a browser or computer system.
We will usually be happy to assist you with any requests to cancel an order, up until the point at which the fabric has been cut and/or dispatched. The time between an order being placed and it being cut can vary on any given day and it at our discretion. If you successfully cancel an order with us we will confirm this with you, and issue a full refund of any payments made for the cancelled item by the same method of which the payment was originally made as quickly as possible, and always within 14 days.
We will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase as long as the item is returned in the same condition as received and Buyer pays return postage.
